There's no guarantee that throwing stuff will screw up a defense, it could just as well screw up an attack, so doing it to help your team doesn't make any sense. However if the play was stopped every time, then it would make sense. If they knew play would be stopped then they would be throwing stuff on to the pitch every time the ball is near their goal.

I've always considered SCCC as the second best team in LFS (after [noobs] ofcourse!). Not because you're really good or fast or talented (you're not) but because of your laid back, cool and friendly attitude. After all LFS is only a game and you really showed a good way to enjoy it without taking it too seriously.

It's sad to see SCCC go the road [noobs] take but I guess it was inevitable since you've always looked up to us.

Dude, you're not paying attention. It's obvious I meant that you use the engine to maintain a normal speed. If you're not in gear you'd have to be on the brake all the time not to speed up. Of course you'd use the brake if you needed to stop or slow down a lot.

Basically you're saying I left out "only" or "a lot" from my sentence (which any normal person would've figured out I meant anyway) and you get on such a tantrum over one word?

I don't know about uphill but downhill I was always taught to keep it in gear. Modern cars don't use fuel when coasting in gear and you can engine brake meaning you don't have to use your brakes which saves them from wearing a little bit.
